Produkt-Beschreibung
XHHV508-4
This power supply utilizes high-precision, high-stability dedicated high-voltage electronic components and high-frequency high-voltage technology, resulting in a simple overall structure and ultra-light weight. It features a user-friendly design and is safe and reliable. It truly achieves impact resistance and can operate normally even with a high-voltage short circuit to ground. It is currently the lightest, most versatile, and most user-friendly portable DC impulse high-voltage device available in China. It is an ideal product for power cable fault detection.
Product Features:
Automatic overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheat protection;
DC withstand voltage and DC burn-through protection;
Compatible with external capacitors for easy pairing;
Strong short-circuit protection, allowing direct short-circuit operation to ground at high voltage output;
Dual 1.5-level pointer meter display for current and voltage, providing clear and intuitive readings, easily identifying fault points and providing real-time feedback on the discharge process;
High-voltage side voltage measurement, accurate in real-time;
Zero-position start protection for enhanced safety and reliability;
Unique self-discharge design, the high voltage drops to zero as soon as the high-voltage output is cut off;
Unique high-voltage measurement design, allowing the voltmeter to indicate the voltage value at the external capacitor terminal in real-time even when the circuit is stopped, providing operators with complete control over the high voltage.

High Voltage DC Power Regulated DC/DC with 400W Output for Cable Fault Locator 0

1. Safety Ground: Ground of the instrument casing to prevent the casing from becoming live or to prevent electric shock.

2. High Voltage Output: Dedicated DC high voltage output terminal.

3. Voltmeter: High voltage output indicator, used to display the voltage value in real time.

4. Power Socket: Instrument operating power supply, AC 220V±10%/50Hz±1Hz.

5. Fuse Holder: Fuse installation location for the AC 220V power supply system.

6. Power Switch: "Position 1" indicates that the AC 220V power supply is on to power the system;

"Position 0" indicates that the AC 220V power supply is off to power the system.

7. Start Button/Zero Position Indicator: When the zero position indicator is lit (yellow), it indicates that the instrument is in the zero position. Pressing the start button will activate the high voltage output. When the zero position indicator is off, it indicates that the instrument is not in the zero position. Rotate the voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to the zero position, the zero position indicator will light up, and then press the start button to activate the high voltage output. 8. Stop Button/High Voltage Indicator: When the test is complete or an abnormality occurs, press this button to cut off the high voltage output. The high voltage indicator light will illuminate to indicate that high voltage output has started; the high voltage indicator light will turn off to indicate that high voltage output has stopped.

9. Voltage Adjustment Knob: Used to adjust the voltage. Clockwise adjustment increases the output high voltage from low to high, and counterclockwise adjustment decreases the output high voltage from high to low.

10. Overcurrent Protection Switch: Pressed indicates that the overcurrent protection function is activated; released indicates that the instrument has triggered overcurrent protection.

11. Ammeter: Indicates the magnitude of the low-voltage side current.
